As a family-owned and operated business with over 14 years of experience, initially as William Tell Archery Supplies (williamtellarcherysupplies.com) shipping customized crossbows and archery equipment domestically and internationally, we evolved to meet a growing demand. Our expertise in the international shipping of restricted items, honed through years of handling items like crossbows, led us to offer specialized package forwarding services. We now provide concierge shopping and reliable forwarding for restricted goods to customers worldwide who face difficulties obtaining certain products in their own countries. Leveraging our knowledge of shipping legally restricted items, we offer a seamless solution for international mail forwarding

Our hours of operation are Mondays to Fridays, from 8:30 – 4:30, Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on weekends and US holidays.

Yes we can accept goods from anywhere. There may be tax and duty for importing goods from outside the United States.

Shipping rates do not include any tax and duties. These will be levied by the destination country according to local laws and paying such charges is the customers’ responsibility.

If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered to your residence, ShipAssistUsa is not liable for reimbursement, and the customer will have to reach out to the shipping courier or their local authorities for assistance.  If the tracking number says the package was never delivered, ShipAssistUsa will cover up to $100 of the purchase price, and will also submit a claim to the shipping service.

The fee is 10% of the purchase price (minimum $15).  The customer will also pay for shipping costs and any other services requested.

We will send an invoice that can be paid via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

We process as quickly as we possibly can. We typically notify you within 6 hours from receipt, but it depends on the time we receive it during our hours of operation. Delivery late on Friday or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Yes we open the packages to make sure the requested items were included.  We also check for any illegal and prohibited goods.

Our shipping partners include DHL, UPS, Fedex, and USPS. If you are looking for a particular shipping service, just contact our friendly customer services and we’ll happily help you.

We cannot ship prohibited goods listed here and goods prohibited for importation into the destination country. 

Yes, we can combine multiple items or parcels to save you on shipping cost. You can request consolidation in your concierge order form.
